1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 8winrm ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 8winrm platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

This agreement applies to all platform users regardless of access method — whether via website, mobile app, or any other interface provided by 8winrm. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and use an 8winrm account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 or above at the time of registration
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Not located in any jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited
• Have not previously had an account closed by 8winrm due to a terms violation
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of a third party
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion program

8winrm reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that fails to provide such proof within the stipulated timeframe.

3Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is a serious violation of these terms. The identity verification (KYC) process is mandatory and involves:

7Prohibited User Conduct

8Account Closure & Suspension

8winrm reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms. In the event of account closure:

• Real money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned once the investigation is complete
• Balances arising from fraudulent activity or terms violations may not be returned
• The investigation period is up to 30 working days depending on the complexity of the case
• Users may also request account closure through customer support

Users who voluntarily close their account may apply to reopen it after a 30-day period, subject to investigation and approval by 8winrm.

9Liability Limit

8winrm provides its online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding winnings or game outcomes. Please be aware that:

• 8winrm is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control

10Terms Amendment
